Swedish/De-stress Back Massage £37/ Full Body Massage £50
This type of massage is designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.
Besides the calming benefits, Swedish massage is good for easing muscular strain by flushing out toxins, improving circulation by increasing oxygen flow in the blood, helping to keep ligaments and tendons supple and reducing emotional and physical stress. Please note, It's best to avoid heavy meals and alcohol in the hours leading up to your massage. For De-Stress massages we concentrate more on the relaxation elements of massage rather than the other elements.
Deep Tissue Back Massage £38/ Full Body Massage £54
Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm strokes and pressure to ease and release tension deep in your muscles. Similar to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage uses slower and firmer strokes and pressure than other treatments - deep finger pressure that concentrates on particular areas, and follows or goes across the fibres of muscles and tendons. This type of massage is a particularly effective massage for people with muscular pain.

Bamboo massage uses bamboo stalks of various lengths, along with Swedish strokes and sometimes deep tissue pressure. A Bamboo massage induces muscle relaxation, increases circulation, reduces muscle tension and soreness, and improves posture.

Pregnancy Massage can be given from the 2nd trimester up to 3 months post birth.
